Family Visit #3 - Grandma and Grandpa Walker

So in October, my folks came for a visit! They were here for just over a week, and since everybody has loved renting cabins we decided to do the same with them. This time we rented a cabin on Bush Island, about 2 minutes from Crescent Beach. The cabin was a bit small for us, but it had its own private satellite island and it was in a spectacular setting!

Family Visit #2 - Grandma & Grandpa G!

In September, Don & Linda came out for a week. The only bummer about their visit was that the Exhibition was on both the weekends they were here, so Rob missed out on some good hang-out time. But even though they were only here for a week, we still had a wonderful time! We rented a cabin in Lockeport, and watched Hurricane Igor pass by in the form of some pretty large surf, and took a drive up the Valley.

SAGE Energy at the Exhibition

Our first tradeshow booth, at the Hants County Exhibition in Windsor (Canada's oldest exhibition, 245 years and counting!)

Dawson took innumerable photos, some of which actually turned out pretty well!
Rob setting up his demo wind turbine for the show
Action day. Rob manned our booth pretty much on his own, with some help from a couple of associates. The Exhibition was two weekends, three days each, 12 hours per day except for Sundays which were only 8 hours. Intense, but excellent.

First rollercoaster ride--not too sure after the first bump but then (naturally) LOVED it

Super swings!
